The process involves heating plastic waste in an oxygen-free environment at controlled temperatures (300–350°C). This thermochemical reaction separates the waste into hydrocarbon vapors and carbon black. The vapors are filtered and scrubbed to remove particulates and harmful substances, then condensed into pyrolytic oil, which can be further refined into gasoline, diesel, and burner fuel. Non-condensable gases are treated and reused to meet the system's energy needs, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
